Up for sale is this rare Land Rover Defender 110 troop carrier presented in stunning fire orange metallic paint.  This truck has gone through a complete and thorough frame-on restoration and is fully equipped with a multitude of options including a soft top and factory air conditioning, allowing the owner to enjoy it no matter what the season.
Having been imported from Italy in 2018, this Defender was made for left-hand drive markets and feels right at home on US roads. This not only makes it easier and safer to drive—it is considered much more valuable when compared to lesser right-hand drive imports.
The custom interior boasts color correct diamond stitching on the front and rear seats, custom matching door panels, rubber floor under matting, and custom cut rear carpet.  The dash has also been wrapped in new black vinyl, as has the steering wheel.
The factory air conditioning blows hard and cold allowing the front occupants to stay cool even with the soft top off and the windows down.
An upgraded center control stack includes a 7" touchscreen multimedia system with Bluetooth connectivity and a rear back up camera.  A pair of 5x7" speakers are custom surface mounted to the rear interior wheel arches towards all occupants for that perfect beach-style sound experience.
The truck is also equipped with a fully functioning period correct Warn winch, just in case of any eventualities when going off road.
The front headlights were sourced from Vintage LED, thereby preserving the classic look of the truck while providing ample light output for nighttime driving.
The truck has great acceleration and is able to perform at highway speeds without any issues.  It tackles hills and curves with surprising agility, especially considering the size and height of the truck. Suspension and steering is tight and balanced thanks to upgraded shocks, springs, and polyurethane bushings.  This is arguably one of the best handling Land Rover Defenders you will ever drive.  The transmission shifts buttery smooth in all gears, and the diff lock engages without any issues.
This is also not your average eBay Land Rover Defender with hidden rust beneath the surface that has been concealed using Waxoil or similar undercoating.  This is an investment grade Defender that will only continue to appreciate in value with each passing year.  It is also owned and loved by a fellow Land Rover enthusiast in the southern United States, and has always been garage kept.  I am not a dealer, and inspections and test drives are welcomed for serious buyers only.
