    Description

    NEW Girl's Civil War / Victorian Dress.
    The dress is made of a Blue Floral print fabric.  All seams are cleaned finished.  The dress is trimmed with a Blue lace on the sleeve edges and on the bottom of the skirt.  The skirt is full enough to fit over a small hoop if wanted.  It has elastic on the sleeve tops and on the sleeves.  There is also elastic in the back at the waist.
    The measurements are:
    Chest:  25 inches
    Waist:  22 inches
    Skirt length from waist to the bottom:  16 1/2 inches
    Width of skirt at the bottom:  58 inches
