    This is a New Bertha or Fichu.  There are many names and variations for this type of coverings.  They have been around for many years.
    This one is made of a off-white Lace fabric and trimmed all around the edges with lace.  It comes to a point in the back and hooks in the front with a snap.
    It is made to fit most sizes.
