Handmade crocheted collar made of 100% cotton thread. The collar is 2 1/2" wide and 16" long. This type of collar would be worn with a pretty brooch to close it. Often ladies actually took the time to baste their collars onto the dress they would be wearing that day and then removed them for cleaning after wearing.
