    This item was quality made in Japan by Canon.
    It is made to made for the Scoopic 16mm M and MS.
    This small filter screws into the cds light meter on the camera.
    If you are using an ND filter on the front of your camera lens, you need this to let the light meter take account of the lesser amount of light coming in through the lens to get a proper exposure.
    The filter glass is in nice condition with
