It is in very good + condition, with some finger indentations, but otherwise minimal wear and no rips or tears. There 8 pages of photos and information on this now classic Yamaha unit. It has some very nice photos, a detailed explanation of the unit's capabilities, a large foldout of the controls of the unit, rear panel connections, application examples, sample settings, a specification table and more. Very good condition, very collectible 80's Yamaha brochure booklet, printed in Japan!
